Built an AI-powered brand intelligence platform for a North American division of a global paper and packaging company that transforms sustainability reports, ESG filings, and regulatory data into evidence-backed sales intelligence. Translated an ambiguous enterprise problem into a deployable AI product, designed to support multi-million dollar packaging messaging, the system helps teams (sales and communication) prepare brand-specific meeting briefs, navigate objections, and track evolving sustainability signals, with every claim tied to a verifiable source.
Due to the NDA, I can’t disclose details of the project. Get in touch to access a demo of the AI agent.
1. Context
Packaging sustainability decisions are increasingly complex, yet enterprise sales
teams rely on fragmented ESG reports, regulations, and brand messaging to understand what “sustainable” actually means for each client.
Early testing of a packaging sustainability decision-making survey found that self-reported responses were limited and outdated. The challenge became an intelligence problem.
2. Solution
AI-powered brand intelligence platform uses brand evidence to answer sales team questions, prepare meeting briefs, and generate talking points.
The system is built as a modern web application with an AI reasoning layer. AI agent that searches sustainability reports, regulatory data, and industry signals. Meeting briefs, objection handling, and brand insights are generated with verifiable sources.
The project was developed through engagement with MIT Sloan fellows, instructors at MIT Sustainability Initiatives, as well as my client.
