At MIT Action Learning Lab, I worked with a neuro-wearable startup, Pison, to diagnose product adoption gaps for its biometric wearable device. After identifying a key barrier in users’ understanding of product functionality, I partnered with the AI agent engineering team to ship an AI-generated video prototype demonstrating how biometric feedback integrates with an AI agent, translating product requirements into customer onboarding scenarios, growth messaging, and user-facing interactions.
